Default Disabling microsoft-httpapi on Windows Vista/7?

I am trying to run apache (specifically WAMP server 2), and I have the program installed, but when I test port 80, it gives me the error

Port 80 is being used by Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0

I've had a look on Google, and I can't find any instructions for removing/disabling it.

I run Windows 7 (build 6801), but the same thing should (hopefully) apply to windows vista

Microsoft HTTPAPI/2.0 disabling Apache griffith.blog

I say this because I have a fresh install of windows 7 beta and I cant find any SQL Reporting Service, also I checked IIS -> it is disabled .

So how do I remove this stupid HTTPAPI 2.0 ??
